The Systems Engineer IV is a technical leader within the Systems Engineering team, resolving complex issues, mentoring less experienced team members, providing technical guidance and organizational support for the team. The SE IV is expected to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of infrastructure systems that support core organizational functions. This role will have the opportunity to work partially at our campus and remotely.

Oversee the operation and maintenance of trading systems, guaranteeing continuity and stability in the production trading environment. Develop automation tools to streamline operational processes, reducing overhead and enhancing efficiency. Triage, prioritize and troubleshoot complex network and systems issues, ranging from low-level hardware to in-house software applications. Work with development to improve the operational stability and functionality of existing and new trading systems.

Lead a regionally-focused team of Field engineers in Presales and Professional Services activities, by helping customers with solution architecture, design and delivery. Our Field Engineers are thought leaders helping our customers solve hard problems. This opportunity requires a blend of skills, including Linux proficiency, coding, scripting, and experience with low-level Linux boot, BIOS, firmware and embedded software development methodologies.

Support customers and resolve their issues via Zendesk tickets, merge requests, email and video conferencing. Collaborate with Product, Development, Infrastructure, Customer Success and Sales Teams to build new features and fix bugs. Create and update documentation based on customer interactions and participate in regular rotations for on-call coverage.

The Unison DBA will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all things relating to database and PRISM administration, specifically utilizing Oracle technologies. The Unison DBA will provide technical support across various functional departments within Unison, as well as provide client support for our COTS applications.

Provide real-time, hands-on support for low-latency trading environments, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid response to system failures or trading incidents. Collaborate with traders and engineers to fine-tune performance and proactively address potential bottlenecks. Ensure continuous compliance with external regulatory requirements and internal standards. Develop and improve monitoring and alerting systems to detect anomalies in key production metrics.

Take responsibility in managing our central datacenter network, including our Bosch hybrid cloud activities and remote datacenter facilities. You´ll be collaborating in an international diverse team of experts, supporting the full lifecycle — design, build, and run — of this critical environment, driving innovation, performance, and security. Build and deploy scalable, resilient solutions globally, and run and optimize our network for peak performance.

Provide software and system engineering services for OEM and ODM customers, working closely with partners on platform bring up. Work with project managers and Field/QA engineers to identify, triage, and fix critical problems. You'll collaborate with individual upstream projects to find and apply patches for bugs, conduct root cause analysis, and facilitate communication between Ubuntu, firmware and hardware engineering teams.

The Network and Systems Engineer is responsible for the design, implement, monitor, and manage our local and wide area networks to ensure optimal performance and reliability. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network infrastructure and hardware, and be capable of managing all network hardware and equipment, including routers, switches, hubs, and UPSs for M3USA employees and their subsidiaries. The engineer will possess and maintain expertise in these platforms utilizing that knowledge to inspire and inform customers, coworkers, and strategic partners on innovative solutions to address business requirements.
