The Technical Support Engineer - Tracking and Telematics role is a Subject Matter Expert that manages, tracks, diagnoses, and troubleshoots cases in Technical Support, trains other employees, identifies larger issues, and alerts stakeholders, utilizing tools developed by the engineering team to modify user/vehicle data for resolving support issues.

As a Solutions Support Engineer, you will be part of a global team. You will troubleshoot technical problems for customers with debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and creating solutions, scaling our support offering using coding and scripting.

Debug and troubleshoot incidents with Sonatype products and solutions, reproduce defects and file actionable issues for product engineering, and replicate customer deployment environments for testing.
