Hims & Hers is seeking an experienced Litigation Counsel to join our growing, collaborative Legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong litigation background, be a team player, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote work environment. This role will report to the Senior Litigation Counsel. The candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing disputes and litigation, developing and executing litigation strategy.

Attentive is seeking a Commercial Counsel to join its legal team, someone with superb legal experience and strong business judgment. This person will help structure, draft, and review Attentive’s software agreements with customers and contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers. They will work closely with revenue, marketing, finance, people, and product teams; location is flexible, but working hours will be based on East Coast time.

In this position, you will be responsible for detecting and investigating trading activity in derivatives markets to detect potential violations of Exchange rules and CFTC Regulations applicable to trading across multiple asset classes traded on CDNA markets, and provide guidance to market participants based on their dynamic needs. You must be professional, proactive, analytical, able to collaborate with others and create efficient, innovative approaches to gathering and analyzing data, and communicate clearly and concisely.

The Compliance Analyst at CDNA will handle inquiries related to CDNA rules and membership obligations, and compliance with CFTC regulations, conduct investigations into potential CDNA rule violations, perform various compliance-related audits and monitoring, and handle other compliance-related functions.

This is a unique opportunity for a full time Analyst to join the Compliance team. The Compliance Team is responsible for ensuring that the FCM office continues to comply with its obligations under NFA rules and regulations as well as regulations under the CEA. You will support the Chief Compliance Officer in responding to regulatory requests, monitoring customer activity, conducting investigations, and overseeing the governance of the FCM.

The Personal Injury Case Manager will report directly to the Department Supervisor and participate in all aspects of our pre-litigation personal injury practice. This includes opening claims, obtaining evidence, obtaining medical records and bills, assisting clients with treatment, assisting clients with their property damage claims and corresponding with insurance companies on a daily basis.

The Compliance Analyst organizes aspects of the Navitus and Lumicera Corporate Compliance and HIPAA Privacy Programs and performs regularly scheduled policy, risk assessment and documentation reviews to ensure adherence with HIPAA Privacy and other regulatory compliance areas.

The Complex General Liability Claims Specialist will evaluate coverage issues and risk transfer opportunities, ensuring proper investigation of underlying facts, retaining experts when necessary, selecting counsel appropriately, and employing proper negotiation strategies; reporting to a line of business executive.

As the Ireland & Northern Europe Policy and Partnerships Lead, you will develop strategies and lead OpenAI’s public policy engagement in Ireland and the Nordic Countries as part of our European team and drive campaigns on specific policy issues. You will also develop and manage relationships with key international partners, including civil society groups, researchers and experts, seeking to advance policies and partnerships that align with OpenAI’s mission.

Experienced litigation attorneys are needed to shape the future of AI by engaging with advanced AI models on legal topics, assessing factual accuracy, and identifying reasoning flaws. You will analyze AI-generated legal outputs, simulate litigation scenarios, and collaborate with a team to refine prompts and evaluation standards. A JD and active license to practice law are required.
