This role is pivotal to a major new agency partnership and will sit across core product areas including Account-Based Ticketing, Payments, and Agency Portals. You’ll work at the intersection of discovery and delivery, collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and agency stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, user-focused solutions that support Masabi’s mission of simplifying transit for everyone. As a Research Associate you will be a part of the Professional Services team, working directly with policy consultants and other team members to ensure clients receive timely information about legislative and regulatory issues that impact our clients’ businesses. You will be independently reviewing and reading lots of qualitative information/policy and deciding if it meets our criteria.

Serve as the critical link between campaign strategy and grassroots execution. Lead campaign tactics in alignment with team priorities, translate campaign plans into clear timelines, and measure progress on key campaign metrics. Partner with the Organizing team to align campaign goals with grassroots capacity, ensuring mobilizations are strategically timed and resourced.

This role provides support for pre-audit workflows, real-time audit coordination and post-audit activities associated with client quality audits. The QAS employs insights, tools and collaborative partnerships to identify trends and risk across Included Health products, escalating risks and highlighting opportunities to Quality Audit leadership.

As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. You will own intake on the ARI support board, complete all assigned tasks within SLA, maintain weekly and monthly dashboards, create and maintain comprehensive documentation and collaborate with partners and internal sales teams.

Lead end-to-end requirement gathering activities, including defining scope, setting goals, managing deliverables, and ensuring alignment with client and organizational objectives. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and proactively identify and remove impediments to ensure team progress. Analyze complex business problems, gather user requirements, and recommend IT solutions by collaborating closely with stakeholders, managers, and end users.

Review submitted items for compliance with client requirements, recommending client action using established protocols and templates. Review PA/PSI against benchmarks for formatting, completeness, calculation formula correctness and accuracy, and cost compliance. Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, accounting, and financing skillsets and assist with developing funding scenarios for program and project level costs.
