Lead growth in Woolpert’s Geospatial Utilities Market, focusing on the oil & gas and pipeline sectors. This role combines business development, client engagement, and team leadership to drive innovation and deliver impactful solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will expand Woolpert’s network across energy markets, strengthen existing relationships, and guide project teams in delivering high-value geospatial solutions.

Capture new business for the TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) product line in alignment with the Elastomers business strategy. Win new accounts, expand market share, and drive profitable growth, with clear accountability for delivering measurable sales results. Deliver new customer acquisition and secure profitable revenue in target markets and applications. Consistently meet or exceed growth targets by developing a robust sales pipeline and closing new business opportunities; build strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across the value chain.

The Client Development Associate will engage potential clients through lead generation and set meetings. This person will support lead nurturing, foster leads to appointments, and facilitate closing leads. As a vital part of our business growth strategy, the Business Development Representative is responsible for generating opportunities for our sales team related to SmartBug’s services. The person in this role will develop, cultivate, and nurture self-generated leads to strengthen outbound activity using a combination of outreach tools and systems including phone, email, social media, and CRM. The rep will need to manage the top of the sales funnel, to qualify prospects, and close new qualified opportunities consistently at or above quota level.

As a RevOps Architect, you'll play a crucial role in advising some of the most successful and fastest-growing companies on their partner strategy, PRM technology, and co-selling motions to help them sell more effectively with and through their partners. You will guide clients by presenting options, discerning trade-offs, and providing recommendations on partner programs and PRM strategy. You will also manage client relationships and align partner operations with sales and marketing teams.

Help generate high quality pipeline, working closely with Sales Representatives to develop plans and goals that lead to new opportunities. Plan and execute targeted outbound activities, leveraging email, phone, social media, partners, and peers to engage with audience and deliver qualified meetings for the sales team.

Lead Solink’s global pipeline engine, owning strategy, execution, and measurement across all inbound and outbound marketing channels. Responsible for driving predictable, scalable pipeline growth across SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise segments. Oversee a growing team across digital marketing, field and partner marketing, and marketing operations. This is a highly strategic, data-driven leadership role that sits at the center of Solink’s go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
