  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles with a focus on Product, Engineering, and Design.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver effective hiring strategies and ensure outstanding candidate experience.

EMEA Unlimited PTO

  • Lead end-to-end Italy payroll implementations: discovery → requirements → configuration → data migration → testing → go-live.
  • Conduct structured due diligence on customer payroll setups and constraints (CCNL rules, allowances, accruals, TFR, funds, social security/tax impacts, etc.).
  • Partner with internal teams to improve templates, tooling, documentation, and automation—reducing repetitive work and increasing quality.

  • Ensuring and maintaining compliance and HR operations in their assigned country.
  • Managing leave requests and processing administrative tasks for Employee of Records (EORs).
  • Providing support to EORs and clients for HR-related questions or concerns.
