As an HR Specialist in the Employer of Record (EOR) industry, you’ll be a key business partner to our clients, not just a service provider. You’ll sit at the intersection of global expansion and workforce management- advising clients on complex HR matters focusing mainly on Switzerland and supporting additional EMEA countries. You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, act as their trusted in-country HR expert, and ensure smooth operations, compliance, and growth.

As an HR Implementation Manager, lead HR implementations, including data migration, across Deel’s suite of HR products (HRIS, Engage, ATS, Workforce Planning, and Compensation). Oversee the full implementation process, ensuring clients’ HR data is accurately transferred, systems are properly configured, and the transition is seamless. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, guiding clients through the setup and migration phases, while offering ongoing support and training. This role must be based in the APAC region and will support clients across both APAC and EMEA markets.

Design and execute technical enablement programs that increase the productivity and confidence of post-sales teams by deepening their product, solution, and architectural fluency. Translate complex product capabilities into scalable learning experiences and assets that empower customer-facing teams to articulate value and solve customer challenges effectively. Continuously analyze and improve field performance through data-driven insights.
