This role is focused on discovering automation opportunities, building end-to-end solutions, leveraging and extending automation platforms, integrating AI capabilities, and writing scalable, maintainable code. You will also contribute to platform capabilities, collaborate across boundaries, document and share, and support and iterate.

Act as the crucial link between our central L&D function and our global training sites, championing consistency in our learning strategy worldwide while deeply understanding and supporting the unique nuances and cultural contexts of each global location. The role involves working with the Design Lead, maintaining a well-managed L&D risk environment, ensuring accreditations, understanding new products, maintaining relationships with global training leadership, and driving insights from learning and performance data.
