In this role, you’ll play a critical part in designing and delivering learning assets, programs and experiences that address FlyMates’ capability and development needs. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across regions, contribute to the evolution of learning strategy, and lead initiatives that improve learner experience, foster innovation, and drive measurable impact.

Drive the strategy, design, and delivery of a world-class onboarding experience for new hires globally. This role requires shaping onboarding to scale with a growing business, driving innovation in content and delivery, and ensuring alignment with company goals.

You’ll be a trusted partner and advisor to teams, driving strategic company-wide programs, including learning and development initiatives. You will influence business leaders to build amazing teams through a compassionate and consultative approach. You’ll be able to try new things, lead projects you feel passionate about, and create sustainable change.

As our Director, Learning, Experience & Culture, you'll design experiences that span onboarding, learning, recognition, and belonging—ensuring every touchpoint feels intentional and inspiring. You'll reimagine how people connect with our culture while translating our values into experiences that people genuinely love and that attract exceptional talent.

Analyze skills, workflows, and knowledge gaps across different teams. Assist in designing development paths for junior–senior roles, including onboarding, upskilling, and leadership readiness. Collaborate with team leads and subject-matter experts to align training with quality standards and performance goals.

You'll help shape how AI and human-centered learning come together and build meaningful programs that directly support our people. You will own the day-to-day rollout and configuration of our AI-powered learning platform - including content curation, tagging structure, learner UX, and admin setup. Also design and pilot just-in-time learning tools for managers using AI and other emerging technologies.
