The Lead Epic Applications Analyst serves as the technical leader for their applications, providing guidance to Senior Epic Application Analysts. They manage user requirements, develop and implement systems for complex processes, and partner with operational leaders to inform and guide the development of processes and workflows. This role involves configuring Epic applications, analyzing user requirements, completing technical documentation, and testing.

Serve as a trusted partner to clients, bringing first-hand experience and unique perspectives to deliver tailored integrated solutions. You'll gather client requirements and translate into functional and technical design. Provide hands on development and testing throughout all phases of a OneStream Implementation. Manage projects adeptly, identify potential issues and risks, and use project management tools to craft effective solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation phase and ensure customers are properly onboarded and the Plaid solution is successfully implemented and launched, which is crucial for customer success as the integration often forms the foundation of their platform. Members of the Implementation team are expected to manage multiple implementations / customers and partners simultaneously, and to stay up to date on Plaid’s technology and new product offerings.

Bolt is looking for a Merchant Onboarding Technical Support (L2) specialist to guide merchants through the most complex stages of onboarding. This role involves business process analysis, functional requirements development, system setups, data analysis, integration mapping, and testing to deliver high-quality solutions. This position also provides ongoing support to our business partners.

Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements for Duck Creek Policy implementations across Personal Lines. Translate business needs into functional specifications and system requirement documents. Strong understanding of Duck Creek modules including Rating Forms Pages and Underwriting workflows. Participate in sprint planning UAT and production support activities. Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing Duck Creek implementations.
