As a Field Investigator, you will conduct investigations to determine employer compliance with workersβ compensation coverage requirements and the subjectivity of injured workers. Through gathering and analysis of information and interpretation of laws, rules, and policies, you will issue proposed orders and impose sanctions for noncomplying employers.
