The paralegal will play a key role in supporting high-level transactions, collaborating with industry experts, and helping clients navigate the complex world of commercial real estate.

As a Senior Manager in the Compliance Technology & Data Strategy function, you will play a key role in shaping the firm’s approach to governance, oversight, and strategic development of our transaction monitoring (TM) models, systems, and supporting data. You will design and improve compliance content while shaping Vanta’s GRC product roadmap.

Develop a case theme that is more compelling than any plaintiff ploy for sympathy or anger, independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials, and provide leadership and direction with respect to less experienced attorneys. The candidate will need to manage complex cases, develop winning defense strategies, and lead litigation teams.
