This individual will be responsible for implementing onboarding and ongoing learning programs that enhance the sales teamβs clinical knowledge, competitive insights, and selling skills.

Execute and manage tasks related to the Training Management Process, ensuring all steps are completed with quality and consistency, owning our LMS (WorkRamp) assignments, maintaining structure and visibility for the revenue team. Track and organize post-training activities.
