You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape our Revenue Enablement across all of GTM, working cross functionally with GTM orgs to design and implement onboarding and training programs. As our first dedicated enablement hire, you'll set, define and implement measurable KPI's, building a structured onboarding program for SDRs, AEs, and CSMs to ensure new hires are productive within 30 days.

The Sales Application Engineer for Industrial and Environmental (I&E) role at Veolia focuses on supporting internal and external sales teams in commercial processes and driving an excellent customer experience through advanced technical support. This is a remote based travel position (roughly 50%), reporting directly to the I&E Sales Manager, and will have a matrix manager for duties related to service support. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, this is a highly visible role responsible for ensuring that compensation programs are motivating, competitive, and aligned with company strategy. This role will lead the design, development, and implementation of market strategies, tools, and processes that drive consistent execution, efficiency, and measurable growth, while selectively engaging in the field to support RBMs and TAMs directly.
