  • Prospect into organizations using email, calls, networking, and other creative methods to guide early-stage pipeline development.
  • Attain a deep understanding and demonstrate Zscaler tech solutions to prospective clients about AI Security.
  • Research customers, identify decision-makers, educate prospects, and qualify buying interest.

The Technical Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor to our customers to help ensure efficient Palo Alto Networks’ Unit 42 Managed Services adoption. You will work closely with CISOs, Security Architects, Security Engineers, and Operations teams within mid-to-large enterprises to implement best-in-breed Managed Detection and Response & Managed Threat Hunting services. The end result is increased customer satisfaction, value, retention, and expansion of the Unit 42’s security footprint.

This critical role is focused on driving significant net-new revenue and market expansion by acquiring major State, Local, and Education (SLED) customers across a defined, strategic territory. They will leverage deep expertise in identity and cybersecurity to position Ping Identity as a key partner in solving complex government identity and security challenges. The Strategic Account Executive is central to accelerating Ping Identity's growth through disciplined execution of a land-and-expand strategy.

Lead the build of the Upmarket Account Management organization, mobilizing a team of managers to drive retention and expansion of Vanta’s existing customer base in the Commercial and Enterprise segments. You will hire and develop a high-performing team focused on customer value and results. Partner with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Operations leaders to represent your team and customers, delivering Vanta’s GRC value and executing the upmarket strategy.
