As a Business Development Manager, you are both a practitioner and a leader, thriving in curiosity and diving deep to understand client needs. You will create materials that bring Instrument’s story to life, shaping conversations, building trust, and turning opportunities into partnerships within the Product Studio.

You'll get to identify, engage, and sell new customer business and convert lost business, building a book of $3M-$5M annually! You’ll focus efforts on relationship building, customer retention and incremental growth, and help sell the entire organization’s portfolio. Develop and/or manage leads resulting in $3-$5M in new business sales annually throughout the assigned market in all industry segments.

Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Business Development, you'll be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the business development strategies for OTIP and Orbits group business. This leader will manage a high performing business development team; curate key stakeholder relationships and deliver organic growth to the Orbit and OTIP broker sales teams. Responsible for leveraging intelligence gained through their partner relationships, develop, monitor and execute campaigns.

Drive qualified meetings for the CEO through a creative content strategy focusing on "Schedule qualified interviews in 48 hours, effortlessly," and a data-driven outbound sales engine. Develop and execute a marketing strategy centered on our core value prop and create compelling assets tailored for Hiring Managers and HR professionals. Prospect and manage large datasets of potential leads, using automated email tools to qualify leads and booking 2-3 qualified meetings per day for the CEO.

As the Business Development Manager you will drive the growth and expansion of TSH by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue through the acquisition of new clients. You will conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities, target markets, and customer segments.

Reporting to the CEO, the VP, Sales will be charged with developing and leading commercial strategy and execution and will have direct oversight of sales, corporate development, marketing, and customer success teams. The successful candidate will be an established commercial leader and is capable of scaling across the health system, provider, and hospital-at-home / post-acute care markets.

This role will identify, target, and secure new enterprise customers to drive revenue growth. You will generate and qualify new leads through various channels including partners, networking, and industry events. You'll also deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. Ideal candidates will be eager to learn and customer-obsessed, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
