As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will work with customers at all stages of their lifecycle, demonstrating the value Sitetracker provides by identifying and enabling their business drivers and objectives. You will ensure Sitetracker’s capabilities support their long-term goals, enabling the customer to maximize their investment in the platform.

Establish fair market value of vehicles assisting insurers in claim settlement. Update vehicle information and determine the availability and price of new or used vehicles. Some outbound calling (non-sales related) required to automobile dealerships and adjusters. Maintain relationships with dealers and claim adjusters. Provide supplemental research as requested.
