AECOM is hiring a Senior Talent Delivery & Recruitment Specialist to support various business entities. In this role you will partner with a wide range of hiring managers to primarily recruit and manage the delivery of talent for our various business operations. Your knowledge and expertise of recruiting and talent delivery specifically within Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) environments is critical to success in this role.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with one or multiple scaling companies in Europe, setting up hiring processes, scorecards, interviews, and analytics for each process. You will communicate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, analyze the best candidate sources, advertise effectively, and run sourcing activities. You will be responsible for the longevity of projects and delivering solutions for our clients.
