As the Senior IT Operations Manager, you will lead a team of Systems Administrators in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our organization's IT infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our systems. Responsibilities include overseeing the Systems Administrators, providing technical guidance, and ensuring adherence to IT policies and procedures.

Provide direct technical support for end user software and hardware products, including Dante AVIO adapter family, Dante Controller, Dante Virtual Soundcard, Dante Via, and Dante Domain Manager. Investigate, debug, and reproduce issues, providing workarounds and escalating issues with the Audinate Engineering team. Work alongside engaged colleagues in the Support team.
