We are seeking an experienced PMO Director to lead our Professional Services Project Management Office and oversee delivery of client-facing projects—including EDI Managed Services partner onboarding , B2B/EDI integration , and Analytics initiatives . This role is responsible for managing a team of Project Managers and driving excellence in project execution, client satisfaction, and operational performance.

This Manager role is part of the Consumer Experience team, focusing on Quality Improvements with tooling. Solutions are developed to optimize teammate processes to ensure Consumers receive fast and fair resolutions, handling ad-hoc requests and diving into data to explain Consumer satisfaction performance and translate them into actionable plans. Strong strategic skills, analytical abilities, interpersonal skills are needed.

This person will split their time across running the company operating system, driving company planning, and owning broader strategic and operational special projects. This role is pivotal to both making sure the company runs successfully, and delivering on projects aligned to Rula's highest priorities and initiatives. You will bring a mix of skills including strong analytics, strategic thinking, operational excellence, and executive stakeholder and project management.

The Regional Vice President oversees 15-20 vertical aligned venues, managing financial and operational performance and client relations. This leader drives client retention and new business growth, building a vision and a team for client success. The individual manages overall operations, including Catering/Concessions/Premium Services, Sales and Marketing, and Finance of assigned Food & Beverage venues.
