The Senior Project Manager serves as a communication liaison between M3, clients, and project teams, managing all aspects of projects to ensure client satisfaction, on-time delivery, and adherence to budget. This role is ideal for someone experienced in international market research, particularly in healthcare, fieldwork, and team collaboration. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, setting up projects, planning resources, coordinating meetings, and ensuring quality standards.

Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of CSWE’s Annual Conference (CAC) and other CSWE hosted meetings and events. Oversee operational workflows to support effective internal systems, administrative processes, and cross-department collaboration. Contribute to the organization’s strategic planning efforts by aligning meeting and operations strategies with CSWE’s long-term goals.
