The Head of Enablement at Deel will lead the development and continuous improvement of the global go-to-market teams, shaping strategy, direction, and governance, globally. This role involves designing and executing enablement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our teams, establishing OKRs and KPIs, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. You’ll be shaping the future of work at an industry-leading organization by creating programs that set our teams up for success, worldwide.

The Business Operations GTM Lead acts as the operational backbone for strategy and GTM execution, including Hyperscaler and other strategic sales priorities in the respective region. This role drives operational discipline across pipeline management, forecasting, governance cadences, and program execution to enable regional growth in close partnership with Sales leadership, COOs and Partner teams.

This is an individual contributor role operationally supporting a sales team to achieve their business objectives and quota. In this role, you will drive operational readiness of AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Sales geographical and GTM program expansions. You will own sales territory analysis and design, compensation plan design, quota modeling and headcount plans / tracking, and formulate and present recommendations to leadership.

The Senior Sales Enablement Manager will elevate the performance of go-to-market teams across Mid-Market and Enterprise by ensuring implementation of sales processes and enhancing demo effectiveness to drive revenue growth. You’ll develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, analyze sales calls, coach sales reps 1:1 and collaborate with various teams to create impactful training materials. You’ll partner closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
