We’re seeking a Legal Data Analyst to structure and analyze data that will improve case triage, forecast revenue, and optimize lead sources. As a strategic business partner, you will also work with Sales leadership to design and manage commission programs spanning direct and channel sales to ensure seamless alignment between pricing strategies and sales incentives.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will act as a source of expertise, develop knowledge, and address delivery requirements for products like DMS, Manufacturer Systems, and layered applications. The role involves engaging with customers remotely and onsite, ensuring accurate discovery, documentation, configuration, training, and post go-live support. You'll also standardize processes, identify problem areas, and support informed decisions.

Conducts moderately complex reviews of claims during fraud investigations or other program integrity initiatives. Applies Medicare guidelines, medical terminology, and experience in Medicare claims analysis to determine payment appropriateness. Reviews claims processing system files to detect fraudulent billing practices and vulnerabilities. Coordinates the written Investigative Summary Report.

Help drive operational excellence across our go-to-market teams. You’ll be the strategic enabler connecting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring all teams are aligned on goals, metrics, and execution. Design, implement, and refine GTM workflows that improve speed, consistency, and conversion across the funnel. Own the administration and evolution of our CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce), ensuring data hygiene, reporting accuracy, and user adoption.

The Senior Business Analyst will gather and document business and reporting requirements that align with state and federal guidelines, analyze complex problems, create specifications documents, and identify trends in datasets to drive process improvements.

The Business Process Consultant (BPC) is a functional and process expert in the ServiceNow Expert Services Team, consulting with customers and guiding them in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements of the growing ServiceNow Finance & Supply Chain Product Line, accelerating and driving customer business outcomes.
