Manage the regional sales activity for the Mass Data business with a team of specialists supporting the local and regional sales efforts of our direct and distribution sales channels with sales expertise and expert industry knowledge. Develop a strategy and approach to improve the Mass Data knowledge of all sales personnel from Topcon and our Distributors. Support the sales personnel with technical and commercial expertise in negotiation and demonstration scenarios across the region.

In this role, you’ll be able to share your experience of JetBrains products with your peers and help us spread the word that JetBrains provides tools to students for free and offers a number of internship opportunities in Europe. You will conduct student meetups, workshops, and Q&A sessions, and give presentations on cool technologies that highlight JetBrains tools. You will also promote internship opportunities and organize the presentation of internship projects.

Own and materially grow millions in self-serve revenue by leading n8n’s PLG engine—with an immediate focus on activation and durable growth loops. Forecast and model self-serve revenue; partner with Finance/RevOps on targets and lead MBRs. Identify and stack-rank levers across acquisition, activation, retention; time monetization for later. Operate as a player-coach across funnels, onboarding, lifecycle, and website conversion.

As the Director of New Ventures, you will be the architect and orchestrator of turning promising ideas into new businesses. The role owns the venture pipeline: organizing and filtering ideas, working with Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EiRs), validating opportunities, and launching MVPs that can scale into standalone ventures. You will ensure that strong ideas are systematically prioritized, tested, and brought to market through hands-on leadership.
