We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The BDM will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and initiating the early stages of the sales process. As a Business Development Senior Specialist, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert across the organization, focusing on Energy, Federal, Environmental, Rail, Water and related markets. Your role involves advising technical teams and project leads during client pursuits, leveraging your expertise in business development strategy. Additionally, you’ll lead initiatives such as outbound client capture plans, intelligence gathering, go/no-go decisions, and interview preparation.

Drive adoption and expand Nansen’s presence in one of the most important crypto markets in the world. You'll play a central role in growing Nansen in Japan. Build and manage an affiliate marketing program with top Japanese influencers, KOLs, and content creators. Host regular meetups, networking sessions, and IRL events in Tokyo to engage and grow the Nansen user base. Shape and execute Nansen’s local growth strategy.

You’ll be a key member of the Business Development team, helping drive growth across OCMI’s core markets through opportunity identification, client engagement, and pursuit strategy support. This role involves collaborating with leadership and technical teams to strengthen presence and uphold reputation for excellence in construction management. You will proactively identify and pursue new project opportunities.

This role owns Garner’s relationship with the largest broker and consulting firms nationally with a focus on relationship management, understanding client needs, and day-to-day execution. The VP will have direct impact in the scaling of Garner’s core business by defining and executing a business development plan to prioritize, target, and establish lead generating partnerships with national distributors.

Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts. Focuses on hunting and selling to new customers while building strong relationships within their territory for future business. Acquire and cultivate new business opportunities and analyzes market research data to guide sales efforts. Meet or exceed volume, margin, fee, and cross-sell targets as assigned.
