The Regional Business Development Director will identify and develop new business opportunities for Vantage within the AI infrastructure ecosystem—focusing on foundational model developers, GPUaaS providers, OEMs, and hyperscalers. This role will drive early leasing velocity by aligning Vantage’s data center capacity with customer demand and serve as the regional lead for AI ecosystem partnerships.

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving pipeline growth across both new business and installed base opportunities. You will partner closely with Marketing and Sales to engage qualified leads, nurture inbound inquiries, and generate opportunities through targeted outbound prospecting. This role requires a hunter mentality with the ability to identify, manage, and develop opportunities that align with QAD’s manufacturing solutions.

The Senior Director, Business Development will focus on identifying, developing and winning U.S. business opportunities. This role offers base salary as well as 100% commission. Responsibilities include: selling clinical trials software (IVR/IWR) to pharmaceutical and biotech companies, achieving company sales goals, and establishing and maintaining client relationships while prospecting for new opportunities.

As a BDR, you will operate as an inside sales rep and play a crucial role in our revenue-generating efforts. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new opportunities to contribute towards our sales goals. You will engage with prospects through various channels to identify qualified opportunities, while also working the entire sales cycle for both inbound and outbound opportunities.

Own and execute strategic plans to turn large accounts into long-term partnerships through executive engagement and alignment. Drive business transformation by designing sales strategies tailored to customers' priorities and market opportunities.

The Business Development Manager will drive new business, increase Daniels' client base, and strategically grow the business. They will own a customer portfolio, build relationships with stakeholders, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure targets and satisfaction levels are met by understanding customer departments and committees.
