Organizing Managers support people and program management within SURJ’s National Organizing Department (NOD). Each NOD Organizing Manager holds some amount of responsibility for staff supervision, project management, and cross-departmental coordination. Managers are expected to be “generalists” who can both execute on their specialized realms of work and also share in the collective management load for NOD-wide program work and team health.

As a Kiva U.S. Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Operations team and be responsible for driving forward the way we support entrepreneurs during the loan origination process and manage delinquency of our borrowers. This role calls for the intern to gain a deep understanding of the entire borrower experience, take part in the review process of loan applications, and own process improvements to our system.

The Senior Business Operations Manager plays a critical role in scaling and optimizing our restaurant technology platform business. This position serves as a strategic operator—bridging global teams, diagnosing systemic challenges, and designing scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, business performance, and customer experience. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners.

The Operations Excellence Manager will design, evaluate, and enhance operational processes related to operational delivery in contact center environments that have deployed or are deploying LivePerson solutions. You will standardize processes for new customer segments, forecast the expected results of process changes, analyze implemented changes, and make further adjustments or recommendations to workflow.
