Grafana Labs is looking for an Engagement Manager passionate about driving successful business outcomes for customers in the observability space. Engagement Managers are project leaders who set and execute the direction of customer engagements. They influence the customer and internal teams to manage and deliver Grafana technologies that realize customer business objectives.
The Business Systems Project Manager will lead various strategic business initiatives from inception through validation, ensuring divisional teams have the knowledge and skills to effectively manage the ERP system. They must use judgement, experience, and technical knowledge to establish and train best practices in these areas and promote an environment that fosters safety, teamwork, open communication, and a focus on quality, efficiency and operational excellence.
