The Associate Director will manage a fully remote team of BDAs across different markets, setting the tone for collaboration, accountability, and growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement, this role partners closely with sales leadership to create and refine systems, playbooks, and processes that drive high-quality outreach.

As a Business Development Senior Specialist, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert across the organization, focusing on Energy, Federal, Environmental, Rail, Water and related markets. Your role involves advising technical teams and project leads during client pursuits, leveraging your expertise in business development strategy. Additionally, you’ll lead initiatives such as outbound client capture plans, intelligence gathering, go/no-go decisions, and interview preparation.

This role also identifies potential obstacles, collaborates with volunteers, and participates in project teams to achieve organizational objectives. This position can be fully remote and based anywhere in the United States but requires quarterly travel.
