The BDM will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and initiating the early stages of the sales process. As an Institutional Business Development Lead, you will partner with Chainlink’s ecosystem to build out the Institutional marketplace, owning the strategy and execution for onboarding and expanding Institutional adoption at scale. You will originate, negotiate and close deals that connect TradFi and other Institutional players with asset servicing, utility and liquidity growth partners.

This role is at the center of Axios Locals growth strategy, overseeing the BDA team responsible for creating a strong top-of-funnel pipeline. The Associate Director will manage a fully remote team of BDAs across different markets, setting the tone for collaboration, accountability, and growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement, this role partners closely with sales leadership to create and refine systems, playbooks, and processes that drive high-quality outreach.

As a Business Development Senior Specialist, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert across the organization, focusing on Energy, Federal, Environmental, Rail, Water and related markets. Your role involves advising technical teams and project leads during client pursuits, leveraging your expertise in business development strategy. Additionally, you’ll lead initiatives such as outbound client capture plans, intelligence gathering, go/no-go decisions, and interview preparation.

Build and manage an affiliate marketing program with top Japanese influencers, KOLs, and content creators. Host regular meetups, networking sessions, and IRL events in Tokyo to engage and grow the Nansen user base. Shape and execute Nansen’s local growth strategy.
