As an IT Operations Specialist, you are pivotal in ensuring that our Internal Users get the day 2 day support needed to work efficiently in their roles. This position serves as the main point of contact for technical matters for internal stakeholders and you’ll be responsible for supporting our fleet of Airalo Users with their day-to-day technology needs.

The IT Helpdesk Analyst is a technology versatilist able to apply a depth of skill to new and existing processes, systems and infrastructure related to global IT. In this role, you will be creating field-facing solutions content and enablement for early-stage Cyber Resiliency qualification, integrating Pure solutions with unstructured data, AI, and analytics platforms, and providing guidance for file and object storage deployment, management, and optimisation.
