Responsibilities include talent management, client delivery, project management, and business development.

The PS Manager's responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and leading the service team members. This position will primarily work remotely and could include travel up to 25% of the time.

Oversee all aspects of the plan installation operations process, ensuring the successful, timely, and accurate setup of new and transitioning plans onto the Client platform. Work closely with internal teams to meet expected timelines and ensure the timely completion of team projects. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of operations procedures to improve team efficiency and consistency.

The Operations Project Manager plays a vital role in bridging all teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects related to client implementation, client data tracking, client run logs and client success. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background. The Operations Project Manager collaborates across teams to ensure client implementations are done efficiently and timely.

The Integrated Project Manager is responsible for running creative and production processes and working alongside our existing talented Project Management team to drive a project from brief to delivery. Leading on projects while working with our dynamic teams across the business, our project managers successfully deliver projects following OLIVER+’ ways of working.

Manage and coordinate Program managers in the Specialists team, providing strategic guidance and overseeing the progress of renewals projects. Work with internal and external cross-functional teams to develop efficient strategies and tactics and produce results in a timely manner. Decide on suitable strategies and objectives for every project.
