As a Solution Engineer DACH, you will play a key role in shaping how organizations across the DACH region strengthen their cybersecurity culture. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs by delivering impactful product demonstrations, proof of value engagements, and solution designs. ServiceNow is seeking a driven Pre-Sales Security Solution Consultant who will be the subject matter expert providing leadership and expertise to support customers during the sales engagement. This role takes a consultative approach with customers and prospects to discover and map business outcome-driven solutions, guiding revenue for one of our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the executive team. This is a hands-on technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery during sales cycles.

The Specialist Solution Consultant is a technical & business consultant with the advanced ability to develop, position and provide industry and product specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving quarterly and annual sales goals for an assigned territory. Support product sales as the technical, industry and domain expert of a client-facing sales team that pursues customers and prospects across one or multiple industry markets.

As a member of our Commercial Solution Consulting team, you will have a major impact on our future success through your pre-sale support of core solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will be the first point of contact in a pre-sales engagement, guiding revenue growth for our products with the support and partnership of Sales, Product Management, and the Executive Team. This is a hands-on role for a solution consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles, with a strong understanding of how to leverage the ServiceNow platform and AI technologies to address customer needs.

As our first Solutions Engineer, you’ll partner directly with Sales to run high-leverage demos and POCs, translate customer pain into product insight, and ensure customers see value from day one. This isn’t a managerial role, but you’ll be a leader inside the company, helping provide the connective tissue between the field and our engineering teams.

You’ll partner directly with our sales team to understand customer needs, articulate the technical value of Push Security, conduct product demonstrations, and ensure successful technical evaluations. Your deep understanding of identity security, cloud technologies, and the cybersecurity landscape will enable you to effectively position Push Security as the premier solution for preventing account takeover and securing the new identity perimeter.

The Presales Solution Consultant is a technical consultant responsible for developing, positioning, and delivering product-specific solutions during sales cycles while achieving sales objectives for an assigned territory. It involves supporting the sales effort through customer requirements gathering, demonstrations, and product configuration and requires customer service skills and the ability to translate technical capabilities into benefits.
