As the Strategic Account Director (SAD), you'll act as the day-to-day strategic advisor to the client and ensures that our work is strategically on-target and delivered within budget and timelines. You will also be responsible for generating revenue to be delivered on through leading and managing a team of internal resources to maximize effectiveness and efficiency for the client and the company.

Responsible for driving strategic growth across a portfolio of Federal System Integrators (FSIs). This role is critical to expanding Ping Identity's footprint within the U.S. Federal ecosystem by building and managing deep, trusted relationships with key FSI partners. The ideal candidate is an experienced Federal sales professional with a proven ability to navigate the complex FSI landscape.

The opening Director of National Accounts will establish Omni’s presence in Mexico. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to maintain and enhance client satisfaction, including collaborating with internal teams to support client needs. The Strategic Client Success Partner serves as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for growth.

The Account Manager will be responsible for the management and success of one of Coates’ key US-based, QSR accounts, overseeing and developing account management for an increasing number of projects.
