The Select (Majors) Account sales team are responsible for revenue growth in the new and existing customers that represent the largest prospective Enterprise accounts for Samsara by total addressable opportunity. You should be an energetic evangelist and passionate about introducing a transformative new technology into the market. You should have a history of over-achievement and be comfortable selling into all levels of an Enterprise organisation.

Drive ARR growth from new business and expansion of existing customers through complex sales cycles including; technical discovery and evaluations, presentations, financial and legal negotiations, and on-site customer meetings when necessary. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive, you'll drive new business revenue for ServiceNow. This is a hunter role to secure new sales from an AI SaaS / Hybrid Platform model within a defined territory of major pharmaceutical accounts, negotiating business terms with procurement and internal customer teams. You'll oversee the sales process, build strategic partnerships, and orchestrate a virtual team to deliver a unified approach to each account.

Complete field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects and existing ServiceNow customers. Develop relationships with key team members and c-suite personas across state agencies, city and county government. Oversee client relationship mapping, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team. Be a trusted advisor to customers.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to your customers and build strong, long-term relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors. Forecast and monitor key account metrics to ensure performance goals are met and identify growth opportunities within your territory.
