As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships within our customer account base to meet strategic goals and optimize value in both companies. You will liaise between the customer and the entire organization to optimize customer experience and product utilization while nurturing strategic relationships to solidify long-term partnerships.

This is an incredibly important role as you will directly impact the growth and trajectory of Zeotap by putting the customer in the centre of everything you do. You will partner with customers and internal stakeholders to drive consensus on mutual success managing customer relationships to maximize growth and to ensure customer commitment and success.

Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, focusing on upselling and negotiating software renewals, requiring a strong sales orientation, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced software company environment.

Be at the forefront of the industry shift, selling a category-defining AI product that’s capturing the attention of some of the biggest names in the world. You’ll own high-stakes, multi-threaded deals, develop and refine the enterprise sales playbook, and grind through complex cycles—from prospecting to negotiation to close.
