Drive how Jasper wins in the market, refining segmentation and positioning, defining ideal customer profiles and value propositions, and aligning product, marketing and sales for maximum impact as we scale. Partner closely with GTM leadership and across customer success, marketing, and sales to ensure we have the right strategic framework, hypotheses and data-driven plans to win in high-growth SaaS/AI markets. This role is at the center of Axios Locals growth strategy, overseeing the BDA team responsible for creating a strong top-of-funnel pipeline. The Associate Director will manage a fully remote team of BDAs across different markets, setting the tone for collaboration, accountability, and growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement, this role partners closely with sales leadership to create and refine systems, playbooks, and processes that drive high-quality outreach.

This role involves leading continuous customer discovery, translating insights into commercial strategies (pricing, packaging, GTM), and building internal capability so teams can sustain customer-centric practices. The position bridges the gap between what we build (solutions / offerings) and what customers truly need, shifting the organization from internally-focused to market-led.
