Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and candidate communication. Help maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse/Lever). Support market mapping and competitor research to support hiring strategies. Support employer branding campaigns and recruitment projects. Participate in weekly team syncs and hiring manager meetings.
