The Modern Workplace Administrator provides support and administration across Microsoft 365 and SNHU-managed endpoints, focusing on daily operational tasks such as basic system configuration, device management, and software deployments using tools like Microsoft Intune, MECM, and JAMF. The Administrator responds to service requests, troubleshoots end-user issues, and ensures digital experience across services within the Microsoft Modern Workplace environment.

Seeking an Azure Administrator to join the Production Support Team, responsible for managing the agency’s applications, providing technical support and leading troubleshooting activities; serve as the SME on small projects and on various operational/production support tasks as assigned.
