The business system analyst is responsible for solving business problems, business architecture, process optimization, business rules, business cases, and business requirements. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements. Under general supervision, formulate and define system scope and objectives through research, analysis of business and user needs, and documentation of requirements.

Lead the implementation of software solutions for clients, focusing on property tax systems. Manage client data, identify implementation challenges, and ensure successful translation of requirements into actionable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and actively problem-solve to resolve software gaps.

The Program Coordinator will assist the technology leadership team in facilitating Agile software development practices, project administration, and coordinating IT activities to ensure development teams operate at peak efficiency. They will manage team operations, sprint delivery, and communications within the team and with the user community, working with technology teams and stakeholders.

Combining creative thinking, methodical requirements analysis, and a relentless drive to break complex problems into elegant solutions, Senior Solution Architects design and configure systems tailored to optimize and streamline customers' business processes, enabling them to harness the full potential of their data. Approximately 10% travel required.

Support Salesforce CPQ implementation and optimization projects, including configuration, testing, and go-live preparation. Collaborate with clients to analyze business processes and design tailored CPQ solutions that align with strategic goals. Assist in developing solution architecture and managing the approval, development, and testing lifecycle. Under minimal direction, the Senior Analyst will be responsible for the design, build, testing, training, and support of Beaker in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This position will also play a pivotal role in the optimization and configuration of Epic EHR system and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective utilization of Epic applications to enhance patient care and operational efficiencies.

The ATM Tech Support Specialist will manage the optimal performance of ATM hardware and software, provide internal and external customer service support to promote customer and end user satisfaction. The role involves performing daily reviews of ATM hardware and software management platform, identifying maintenance needs, and triaging hardware and software issues.

The Technical Consultant will integrate and map customer data from client source system(s) to our industry-leading platform. The role includes communication with clients and/or ISW Project Manager to scope, develop, test, and implement conversion/integration of data. They will drive improvements in the data migration process and collaborate with clients via phone and email, ensuring accurate data conversion/integration within established deadlines.
