Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and Introduction Meetings held, while meeting or exceeding activity metrics for managing inbound Leads. Position the value proposition of the Cority solution and communicate key information regarding solutions and delivery of our products to key personas in target accounts. Leverage MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies to ensure strong qualification of a prospect’s needs and requirements.

Reporting to the VP, Strategic Customers - Global Revenue Programs (Elevate), the Strategic Customers – Global 360 Deals (Elevate) Senior Director will be joining a broader team focused on driving high-impact global strategies that support ServiceNow’s long-term revenue growth and profitability through larger and more strategic transactions at scale. You will serve as the central business unit liaison to global sales teams for ServiceNow’s business-enabling functions. You’ll bring together cross-functional stakeholders to shape deal strategy, streamline execution, and ensure alignment between business needs, risk considerations, and sales objectives.

As a BDR in our Business Development team, you will be the first point of contact for all of Paddle’s sales efforts. You’ll create demand, spark meaningful conversations, and build early relationships that turn into qualified pipeline to arm your counterparts on the Account Executive team. Your core tasks will involve researching, prospecting, prioritizing accounts, educating prospects, and converting interest into high-quality meetings.

Implement a cohesive business development strategy to drive profitable growth through NICE TSD (Technology Solutions Distributor) partner ecosystem. Drive sales opportunities, marketing campaigns, and complex strategic initiatives that further develop existing NICE partnerships. Work closely with cross-functional leadership teams to execute on corporate strategy for new growth.

Manage the regional sales activity for the Mass Data business with a team of specialists supporting the local and regional sales efforts of our direct and distribution sales channels with sales expertise and expert industry knowledge. Develop a strategy and approach to improve the Mass Data knowledge of all sales personnel from Topcon and our Distributors. Support the sales personnel with technical and commercial expertise in negotiation and demonstration scenarios across the region.
