Product Support Specialists play a key role with our clients, both as they first come on board and after their app goes live in the app stores. The role is fast-paced and requires quick learning, thinking on your feet, innovative problem solving, and a strong ability to switch gears quickly throughout the day. Specialists provide world class customer service and are both creative and technically savvy. This position is focused on weekday support.

Manage internal and partner support teams to provide Enterprise level, post-sales support to Smartsheet customers. Manage a mix of leaders and individual contributors within Technical Support, leveraging operational metrics  to successfully deliver support to our customers at scale. Set clear objectives, evaluate progress, coach, train, and instil a high-performance culture with a focus on teamwork, support excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues.

Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Lead, handle inquiries through email, chat, and phone and be the main point of contact for our customers and partners ensuring they receive outstanding customer/partner support. You'll inspire and empower them to take action against food waste and to become part of the movement. You will collaborate closely with other teams to spot challenges early on and enhance efficiency.

Provide expert support on Hostinger products, troubleshoot technical challenges via live chat and tickets that exceed customer expectations. Simplify technical issues of varying complexity into actionable steps that customers of all expertise levels can follow. Contribute to different teams or projects that enhance the customer experience based on evolving customer and organizational needs.

You will act as a Sagetap product expert and resource for stakeholders, helping deliver the voice of the customer to internal teams. Provide customer support primarily through Zendesk for DuckDuckGo subscribers and users with product-related inquiries, maintain our Help Pages, and deliver timely, accurate responses. Handle a high volume of Zendesk tickets, helping to ensure that we meet our defined service-level goals. Spot support trends, such as product bugs, outages, etc, from the tickets you handle. When needed, provide occasional community and/or social media support by responding with approved templates.

The Student Advisor, functioning as a Customer Service Representative, is a remote, contract role that requires fluency in English. This position involves providing course consultations to potential customers, proactive outreach to user leads, and offering excellent customer service to our existing clientele.
