Build and operationalize Eve’s compensation, benefits, and equity programs. Partner closely with People Ops, Finance, and Recruiting to create the structure and clarity that help us attract, retain, and reward world-class talent. This is a hands-on builder role — ideal for someone who loves turning spreadsheets and data into systems that employees and leaders trust.

You will be crucial in helping Devoted Health scale by managing the full life-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization. You will own the entire recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, which may include member services, sales, and clinical positions. You will creatively find and engage with talent, demonstrating tenacity to discover the perfect candidate for each role.

The Learning & Development Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling, managing credentialling, designing instructional materials to facilitate learning, and constructing leadership and development programs, including any planning and/or implementationnsuring that training programs are necessary, valid, and effective. Communicating with instructors and managing data reports are essential.
