The Administrator will work on an integrated team of system administrators, database administrators, system engineers, and application support professionals on the Identity and Access Management (IAM) Enterprise Sustainment Services (ESS) program for our government client.

Responsible for the effective delivery of quality computer and network software services to Axway’s enterprise Cloud customers, partners, and Customer Managed services. Responsible for day-to-day operations of the Axway Solution implemented at Customer site, ensuring regular operational activities are delivered consistently, meeting the defined KPIs and SLAs. The role includes handling Production incidents and application updates.

Gathers information concerning the capabilities of Company products, investigates the technical capabilities of Company products and competing equipment and/or solutions, and stays abreast of developments in hardware and software. Generates quantifiable requirements based on customer description and translates high level product development strategies into network and system requirement specifications.

Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, coordinating with network engineers. Monitors system resources to maintain operating efficiency and performs systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles & accounts. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware/software and coordinates installation/backup recovery. Requires 5-7 years' experience and a BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness by evaluating and improving business processes through technology solutions. This involves determining operational objectives, analyzing requirements, designing workflows, and maintaining comprehensive system documentation to support ongoing process improvement and cost reduction. Actively support the organization on multiple projects.
