Configure, deploy, improve, and administer AWS-based resources using both Microsoft Windows and Red Hat Enterprise Linux. This position involves building, installing, configuring, STIGing, testing, and deploying AWS infrastructure and DevSecOps platform components. Routine systems administration, monitoring, and maintenance are also key responsibilities.
Azure AD (Entra ID) Administration: Creating and managing user accounts, groups, MFA policies. Managing conditional access rule. Troubleshoot Azure AD, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity (AD Connect) issues. Assist in Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams). Device & Endpoint Management (Microsoft Intune/Autopilot). Deploy and manage Windows, macOS using Microsoft Intune . Manage Windows Updates, and endpoint security (Defender ATP).
The IT Services Manager will enable our remote workforce to be productive and compliant and streamline our current processes of procuring equipment, setting up new employee accounts and ensuring compliance with company security standards. They will also provide tech support to a diverse, interdisciplinary, team, including a large workforce of peer coaches without previous experience in a technology company.

As a Senior IT Support Specialist, provide autonomous, expert-level support and administration across Akerβs core IT platformsβincluding Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AWS and be solely responsible for final escalations for technical issues. Play a key role in operational security, infrastructure health, and service delivery while helping to shape the future of Akerβs internal IT support and governance capabilities.
Participate in 24x7 shifts and monitor the stability of our products with various internal tools. This role involves L1/L2 Support ownership of all hosting products (cpanel/plesk/vps/cloud/dedicated) and handling incident response, troubleshooting, and fix for various products/services. Handle escalations as per policies/procedures and get different internal/external groups together to resolve production site issues effectively.
Maintain Illumioβs technology deployments working with industry leading customers. You will be responsible for logging and updating cases, informing customers of the case status and providing solution(s) as they become known, in a professional, timely manner, over the lifetime of the support request. Escalation Engineers need to understand customer systems and configurations, analyze problems/defects and recommend solutions.
