As a Kiva U.S. Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Operations team and be responsible for driving forward the way we support entrepreneurs during the loan origination process and manage delinquency of our borrowers. This role calls for the intern to gain a deep understanding of the entire borrower experience, take part in the review process of loan applications, and own process improvements to our system.

In this role, you will support the design, testing, and continuous improvement of the messages and workflows that guide members through their journey. You will work closely with Operations, Product, and AI teams to run A/B tests, analyze results, learn from data, and help scale the ideas that work. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll combine creativity with analytical thinking.

Support daily operations with outsourced BPO vendors handling Customer Service (CS) and Content Moderation (CM) for HoYoverse projects, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
