  • Own and improve revenue onboarding and sales training.
  • Design training programs and coordinate content with subject matter experts.
  • Deliver live enablement sessions, ensuring resources are organized and aligned.

  • Build and manage relationship, sales, marketing efforts, customer service and client advocacy.
  • Develop, track, and manage opportunities including lead generation and prospecting, solution discussions, RFP influencing, proposal support, agreement processing, and initial coordination.
  • Initiate, lead and manage the commercial excellence process working closely with Quanta Services Southeast Regional President, Operating Company Presidents, Local Operating Company Managers and Leaders, Proposal Writers, and Estimating teams.
