The Sales Operations intern will learn and assist in day-to-day sales operations within Salesforce.com, as well as assist with data gathering and reporting on sales orders and contracts. An intern in our department can expect to learn how Salesforce.com is used to support Sales and Marketing, as well as other departments across the organization. They will also learn how the contracting process works.

This role involves driving the next phase of Secureframe’s growth by working alongside the VP of Sales and partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to build and optimize the systems and processes that enable us to scale efficiently and fuel our revenue growth.

$140,000–$170,000/yr

Hightouch is looking for a Sales Compensation Manager to own the design and administration of incentive plans across our go-to-market organization. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, this is a highly visible role responsible for ensuring that compensation programs are motivating, competitive, and aligned with company strategy. This is a hands-on role covering all commission-bearing functions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and trust in the process.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations & Enablement Intern to support our growing sales team. You’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of sales, data, and strategy —learning how to optimize sales processes, uncover performance insights, and enable teams with the tools they need to succeed. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time Sales Analyst role after the program.
