Our Mid Market Customer Success Managers (MM CSMs) work with customers post-sale to ensure they get continued value from their investment in Articulate 360. Drive new Coleman Heating & Air Conditioning Residential and Light Commercial HVAC Sales through the Johnstone Supply distribution channel by managing manufacturer’s rep agencies, expanding share of wallet with current distribution partner and developing new business partners for the Bosch portfolio. Success in the position will include sales calls on distributor branches and with distributor salespeople to contractors, builders, architects and engineers.

Drive revenue growth with our new customers, through product and industry expertise. Manage negotiations and contractual agreements with our executive and legal team and grow your pipeline by working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales Development. Prepare, present and close new business through a detailed reach-out plan, various touch points, product demonstrations, virtual and in-person events and meetings.

The Renewals Account Manager will be the commercial engine behind our high-volume renewal base, primarily across our SMB and Commercial segments. You’ll own a large book of business, partner closely with AEs and CSMs, and ensure timely, predictable renewals while uncovering expansion opportunities. This is a role for someone who brings structure, clarity, and rigor to a fast-moving, remote-first environment.

This role focuses on portfolio management, demand forecasting, inventory management, and logistics optimization to support sales growth and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of operational processes, supply chain dynamics, and account management.
