We’re looking for a Senior Manager, People Operations to help scale and strengthen Wrapbook’s People infrastructure, leading policy development, compliance, and operational excellence across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be a trusted partner to Legal, Payroll, Finance, and IT while building systems and processes that enable our people to thrive; managing and mentoring a People Operations team, ensuring alignment, growth, and high performance.

Drive the end-to-end hiring strategy for our Engineering, Product, and Data teams, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their technical needs and attract top-tier candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role requires someone who can balance hands-on sourcing with strategic advisory, ensuring CSC secures the technical talent needed to scale.
