The Application Analyst II independently manages day-to-day application operations for assigned departments, escalating complex issues. This role provides expertise in the area of application responsibility, working closely with subject matter experts to resolve incidents, fulfill requests, and perform builds that support project requirements. In this role you will design, integrate, and optimize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions in support of HHS initiatives to enhance public health services and improve constituent engagement. You will architect enterprise CRM solutions with a focus on transitioning from legacy systems, such as Siebel, to Dynamics 365, and integrating with modern contact center platforms.

As Director, IT, you will report to the SVP Engineering, leading the IT team and securing the technology employees use, including laptops, identity and access management, collaboration platforms, and technical office infrastructure. This role involves scaling systems, improving reliability, and reducing manual work, shaping the technical direction of employee technology at Splice while helping the team grow. Partner with teams to improve productivity and protect company data.

The Infrastructure Engineer is primarily responsible for engineering, configuration, installation, maintenance, and upgrade of the Company’s infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, storage, backups, and disaster recovery planning. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead complex projects.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Administrator to join our IT team. This individual will be responsible for the design, implementation, support, and optimization of our network infrastructure in a Fortinet and Cisco environment, with additional responsibilities in VMware, Azure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and monitoring tools. The role supports internal teams and select customer environments.
