Manage multi‑stakeholder deals, align exec sponsors, and unblock procurement and security reviews across diverse regulatory environments.

• Develop a business plan for the assigned territory.
• Conduct quality sales presentations to targeted customers.
• Achieve quarterly sales goals while adhering to ethical sales practices.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Broker Sales, seeking a motivated, tenacious, results-driven Sales Broker. Role involves tailoring interactions using emerging technology solutions and identifying customer needs to build on existing products. Responsible for selling insurance products, establishing contact, developing relationships, and responding to communications.

Meets established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Utilizes Trucordia sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities such as cold calls and prospect presentations to close new business. Continually manages a book of business to support high renewal rates.
