As a Customer Success Manager on our growing Customer Success team, you'll ensure OfferFit customers are highly successful with the product by collaborating with internal and external teams to drive renewals, upsells, and expansions while overseeing design and execution of OfferFit use cases. You will conduct analysis of results and build presentations to communicate customers insights and showcase OfferFit’s value proposition.

As a member of our Solutions team, you'll be the owner of ongoing consultative relationships with our most important clients, playing the role of quarterback for pre-sales, implementations, and ongoing optimization. You will provide strategic direction to clients and create reports showcasing KPI improvements.

Serve as the product expert and mental health advocate, developing relationships and demonstrating the value in the mental health solution. Own the customer lifecycle from implementations to contract renewals. Create and present business reviews with data-based recommendations to senior HR executives. Work cross-functionally to provide customer feedback.
